Job Summary
The Solutions Consultant plays a crucial role in ensuring successful client integration and utilization of our software. This position requires expertise in conducting detailed discovery and requirements analysis, quality assurance, and client consulting, with a focus on the petcare industry. This role is essential in ensuring our clients maximize the value of our software solutions. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge with excellent consulting skills to drive successful implementations and foster long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Discovery and Analysis:Conductin-depthdiscoveryandrequirementsanalysis,focusingon
specificneedsrelatedtoeachclient’spetcarefacility. - New Business Consulting:Consultwithnewfacilitiesthathavenotdeterminedtheirservice
offerings.ProvidesolutionsbasedonindustrytrendsandbestpracticeswithinGingr. - Quality Assurance:ReviewandensurethequalityofworkdonebytheConfigurationSpecialist
beforetheapplicationisdeliveredtothecustomer. - Application Delivery:Leadthedeliveryoftheapplicationtocustomers,supportedbythe
CustomerSuccessSpecialist(CSS) - Payment Integration Collaboration:WorkcloselywiththeCSStofacilitateintegratedpayment
sign-upprocessesforclients. - Ongoing Consultation:Provideongoingconsultancytoclientsforadditionallocationsorservice
changespost-implementation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’sdegreeorequivalentprofessionalexperienceinarelatedfield.
- ProvenexperienceinasimilarSolutions/BusinessConsultantrole,preferablyinasoftwareor techenvironmenttailoredtopetcareservices.
- Stronganalyticalskillswithadetailedunderstandingofbusinessprocessanalysis.
- Excellentcommunicationandinterpersonalskills,withtheabilitytoleadandwork
collaboratively. - Abilitytomanagemultipleprojectsandworkunderpressure. - Knowledgeofindustrytrends,bestpractices,andakeenunderstandingofintegratedpayment
systems.

Salary Range Disclosure
The base range represents the low and high end of the Togetherwork salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Togetherwork’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include discretionary bonuses, long term incentives, a flexible paid vacation/personal time policy, 6 weeks paid parental leave and more.
Salary Range
US Remote:$43,000 - $47,500 USD per year plus bonus potential
