The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a results-oriented and solution-focused pre-sales Sales Engineer with strong sales and technical acumen, specifically regarding 3-D Secure / ACS.ย ย Pre-sales experience with 3-D Secure in the European and UK markets is required.

The ideal candidate is an energetic, passionate self-starter with a hands-on approach and strong communication and presentation skills. Being well organized is essential.

The Role

Entersektโ€™s 3-D Secure Sales Engineer will drive business, helping the Sales team close opportunities with new prospects through the combination of deep industry knowledge and solutions-based, consultative selling.ย ย Responsibilities may also include cross- or up-selling to existing clients. By combining these competencies with strong thought leadership, this role defines and executes on creative and innovative solutions that are differentiated from competitors. The role serves as trusted advisor to guide the client through key technical and business decisions, supporting them in meeting their strategic objectives and business needs via the Entersekt product offering.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct product demonstrations, present Entersekt product portfolio to prospective clients, and support โ€œProof of Conceptโ€ projects (PoCs).
  • Solution selling, supporting sales through leading the development of client business cases including ROI modelling, RFI and RFP responses.
  • Advise on best practices in relation to 3-D Secure issuing solutions, migrations, and deployment consistent with emerging industry trends and market direction.
  • Research and shape potential opportunities through collaboration with product management and business development leaders.
  • Develop a deep understanding of existing client product deployments and how existing deployments relate to new opportunities.
  • Provide consultation to existing clients to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Capture and qualify product enhancement functions, features, alternative usage and capabilities to inform both market potential and product roadmap.

Skills & Experience

Successful candidates for this role will generally possess the following qualifications and experience:

  • Deep payments industry knowledge specifically related to 3-D Secure / CNP Payments
  • Experience with 3-D Secure ACS
  • Experience with 3-D Secure Server (3DSS) / MPI is a plus
  • Previous success in selling multi-domain B2B SaaS technology products.
  • Record of working with card issuers and processors, solving for their needs with a technology product offering.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding targets.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as required.
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree or equivalent.
