Vitalief Inc., founded in 2021, is in the healthcare industry. We recruit talent and provide strategic solutions to clinical research clients. We partner with sponsors (pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device), Contract Research Organizations (CROs), and various sites including academic medical centers, hospitals, independent research sites, physician practices, and community clinics.

We offer Consulting and Functional Service Provider (FSP) solutions. Our consulting services help improve research and trial efficiency, compliance, and capacity, leading to better productivity and lower costs. Our FSP solutions include Managed Services, where we oversee and execute functions like study start-up, site management, or financial operations. We also offer Resourcing, providing experienced professionals who work within client teams while remaining Vitalief employees.

We offer specific solutions like Trial Rescue, Rapid Trial Activation, Optimized Financial Operations, Grant Administration, Resourcing, and Project Management Office Design and Outsourcing. We help solve common challenges like trial delays from policy shifts, funding issues, and operational burdens. Our goal is to reduce costs, speed up trial activation, and restore operational stability.

Our corporate headquarters is in New Brunswick, NJ, with another office in King of Prussia, PA. We also serve clients in Washington DC, Delaware, Indiana, Massachusetts, Maryland, North Carolina, New York, Ohio, Texas, and Virginia.

The name Vitalief combines the Latin word ‘vita’ (life) with ‘belief’ and ‘relief’. This reflects our impact on patients’ lives, our understanding of clinical research challenges, and our commitment to relieving resource pressures to positively impact clinical trials.
