We are a high-growth InsurTech company revolutionising the insurance industry with AI and Generative AI technologies. Our mission-driven team is building a product that empowers insurers to optimise risk evaluation and decision-making, transforming workflows from manual to fully digital.

As a Solutions Engineer with us, you’ll play a vital role in helping customers adopt and maximise the value of our innovative platform. You’ll work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to configure and deliver demos, run proofs of concept (POCs), and manage demo workspaces. Your analytical insights and strong client engagement skills will be essential in showcasing the power of our platform and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

The Role

You’ll be supporting our Sales team through demo preparation, conducting POCs, and providing technical expertise throughout the customer journey. Your curiosity and ability to work independently will shine as you configure demo workspaces, assess POC performance, and represent our product in presentations and conferences.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Sales team by preparing and running product demos

  • Setting up, configuring, and maintaining demo workspaces for use by Sales and Customer Success

  • Executing and analysing the performance of POCs to demonstrate platform value to prospects

  • Serving as the technical point of contact for customers during demos and POCs, and communicating product architecture

  • Representing the product at conferences and client presentations

Requirements

Soft skills:

  • Strong communication skills with proven experience conducting demos and presenting to clients and prospects

  • Curiosity and a high degree of independence; able to take initiative and work autonomously

  • Experience of working with SaaS B2B Enterprise level customers

  • Ability to analyse platform performance in POCs and provide insights to internal teams

  • Strong client-facing skills with a knack for building rapport and maintaining a positive presence in customer interactions

  • Passion for AI and Generative AI technologies, with the ability to translate technical concepts for varied audiences

Technical skills:

  • Experience in a client-facing technical role, able to explain product architecture and handle technical inquiries

  • Some familiarity with AI technologies, and ideally with Generative AI, enabling you to discuss technical aspects with confidence

  • Proficiency in analysing and setting up technical configurations for POCs and demos

  • Exposure to platforms like Postman or Insomnia for API testing, as well as source control tools like GitHub is a plus

  • Background in analytics or technical troubleshooting to assess demo and POC performance

Nice to have:

  • Experience in the insurance or InsurTech industry

  • Exposure to configuring and testing AI-based products

Location

This role is based in the USA, with remote work flexibility.
