We’re hiring for Pearl—which places top 1% talent from around the world into operational roles at startups. We’ve bootstrapped our company to a couple of million in revenue and are adding ~$400K in annualized revenue each month to our topline. Our clients are fast-growing startups that have raised over $3B in funding from Sequioa, a16z, Founders Fund, Y Combinator, and other top VC firms.

This is a completely WFH opportunity where you’ll come in and help the recruitment team reach new heights. We’ll need someone who can overlap working ET hours.
The Role:
As our Sourcer & Job Posting Intern, you’ll be responsible for getting our roles out into the world and attracting the best-fit candidates. You’ll manage job postings across platforms, keep everything accurate and aligned with our hiring goals, and support early-stage sourcing efforts.
What You’ll Do:
📢 Job Posting & Management
- Post roles in relevant Facebook groups, job boards, and online communities
- Maintain accuracy and consistency across platforms (Workable, external sites, etc.)
- Ensure roles are updated, closed, or refreshed as needed—no outdated listings on your watch
💬 Candidate Engagement
- Answer common questions from potential candidates using pre-set responses or FAQs
- Direct inquiries to the right person and ensure candidates get timely, respectful replies
🔎 Sourcing Support
- Assist in identifying potential candidates through platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, or other niche channels
- Share early leads with the recruitment team for follow-up
- Research relevant communities or spaces where we can share roles or build visibility
🧼 Recruitment Housekeeping
- Keep job data clean and organized across systems
- Help spot gaps or inconsistencies in postings and fix them fast
Collaborate with recruiters to ensure everything reflects the current hiring needs
What We’re Looking For:
- Detail-oriented and organized—you like things tidy and accurate
- Strong written communication in English
- Curious and proactive, especially when it comes to finding people and communities
- Comfortable using Facebook and basic recruitment tools (bonus: familiarity with Workable or LinkedIn)
- Passion for recruitment, employer branding, or talent acquisition
