Join our dynamic team as a Specialist Software Engineer and play a critical role in shaping our cutting-edge Contact Center Copilot solution. This role demands knowledge in retrieving and processing data from external systems like Salesforce and SharePoint and integrating it into AWS Bedrock Knowledge Base. You will leverage your understanding of LLMs, AWS services, and advanced Python programming to build scalable and robust solutions. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, mentoring peers, and driving best practices in cloud architecture and software engineering will be key aspects of your role. Your contributions will ensure seamless integration, exceptional performance, and innovation in our product.

How will you make an impact?

  • Design and implement robust data ingestion pipelines from external systems to AWS Bedrock Knowledge Base.
  • Develop scalable and optimized solutions using AWS services like Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, and CloudWatch.
  • Leverage LLMs to enhance the Contact Center Copilot’s capabilities.
  • Optimize Python code for performance and reliability.
  • Integrate APIs from external systems like Salesforce, SharePoint other third-party knowledge repositories.
  • Architect and implement serverless solutions for real-time and asynchronous operations.
  • Mentor team members and conduct code reviews to uphold high standards.
  • Collaborate with QA teams to ensure robust test automation.
  • Develop monitoring and logging solutions to ensure system reliability.
  • Stay updated on AWS and AI advancements to implement new features.
  • Collaborate with UI developers to integrate backend services effectively.
  • Write and maintain technical documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve critical production issues efficiently.
  • Contribute to overall product strategy with innovative ideas.
  • Ensure scalability and high availability of applications.

Have you got what it takes?

  • BS or MS in Computer Science or related degree
  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering.
  • Proven expertise in Python development.
  • Strong experience with AWS services like Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, and CloudWatch.
  • Knowledge of AWS Bedrock Knowledge Base or similar services.
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing serverless architectures.
  • Strong understanding of cloud security best practices.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Experience in data modelling and database design.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript; Angular is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to mentor and guide team members.
  • Strong understanding of system architecture and design patterns.
  • Hands-on experience with API design and development.
  • Experience with monitoring tools and performance optimization.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
