We are looking for an experienced Staff Product Analyst to join our Tools & Workflow vertical in the Platform product team and help us scale and improve our products across 50+ countries!

Platform team operates across all Bolt verticals, supporting business growth and success. The team tackles problems including geospatial (routing, ETAs etc), user identity and verification, user communications, internal tools, automation, customer support and internal experimentation.
As a Staff Product Analyst at Bolt, you are much more than a data cruncher. You are co-leading the development of the product and will drive the product strategy with other analysts in Tools & Workflow. The teams in this area own the complete support experience for Bolt users and build tools and technology for efficient workforce management. You will be at the forefront of evaluating how Automation and Artificial intelligence can bring value to the support experience and lead discovery to find product opportunities with an optimum balance between cost-effective and quality support.
Driving data mindset in the team, mentoring team members and being a quality gatekeeper on data leading to product decisions Holding accountability for measuring product success for the whole space, designing relevant and actionable metrics and owning A/B testing best practices to make better and faster product decisions Closely collaborating with your partners in Product Management, Engineering, Data Science, and other functions to drive forward cross-functional product and analytics initiatives and ensure seamless execution Development of the in-depth analytical understanding of what drives the growth of products and leadership over the discovery of new opportunities to inform and steer the product strategy
You hold a university degree in Economics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Management or similar studies You have 5+ years of experience working in Product Analytics and/or Data Science You rank your SQL skills as “outstanding” & Python/R skills as “profound”, and you have experience with BI tools and data visualisation You have strong business acumen, an entrepreneurial mindset and possess outstanding communication and leadership skills, with the ability to decompose complex solutions and insights into a clear narrative You have an advanced understanding of end-to-end A/B testing, including some knowledge of concepts such as time-based testing or other causal inference methods You have experience in designing, building, and managing complex data models and handling large unstructured and semi-structured data
