Your Impact: What You’ll Do
- Conduct in-depth quantitative analyses to develop financial models and generate actionable insights across the business
- Collaborate with departments such as Risk, Credit, Investor Relations, Corporate Finance and Data to produce and maintain financial and operational reports that support business growth
- Prepare and maintain financial forecasts, budgets, and models, including Proforma financial statements
- Deliver timely and accurate reports for internal stakeholders, including presentations for the Board, investors, and lenders
- Analyze financial performance and provide commentary, insights, and recommendations for improvements
- Provide ad hoc analysis and strategic support for executive-level decision-making
What We’re Looking For: Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- MBA or relevant certifications such as CFA, CPA, or FMVA is advantageous
- 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, strategic planning, corporate finance, or a related field
- Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling & experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Advanced proficiency in Gsuite, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and financial modeling
