Your Impact: What You’ll Do

  • Conduct in-depth quantitative analyses to develop financial models and generate actionable insights across the business
  • Collaborate with departments such as Risk, Credit, Investor Relations, Corporate Finance and Data to produce and maintain financial and operational reports that support business growth
  • Prepare and maintain financial forecasts, budgets, and models, including Proforma financial statements
  • Deliver timely and accurate reports for internal stakeholders, including presentations for the Board, investors, and lenders
  • Analyze financial performance and provide commentary, insights, and recommendations for improvements
  • Provide ad hoc analysis and strategic support for executive-level decision-making

What We’re Looking For: Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • MBA or relevant certifications such as CFA, CPA, or FMVA is advantageous
  • 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, strategic planning, corporate finance, or a related field
  • Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling & experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Advanced proficiency in Gsuite, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and financial modeling
