About the role

Our Strategic Growth Lead will build and manage the growth of our customer base through referrals. Youโ€™ll act as an owner and a thought partner to identify and capitalize on magic moments throughout our customer journey where referrals can best occur. The right candidate for this role will feel energized by building a program, experimenting with new strategies, operating autonomously, and ultimately helping homeowners.

What youโ€™ll do

  • Manage Realmโ€™s customer referral program full stack - overseeing strategy, product, customer facing communications, content creation, experimentation, and measurement
  • Own the key results related to % of customers who refer and the amount they refer
  • Reporting directly to the CEO, youโ€™ll partner closely with all department leads to identify where and how to best capture referrals
  • Youโ€™ll experiment and iterate to ensure continual improvement to our referrals program

About you

  • You have 5+ years of experience in consulting, strategy & operations, or as a chief of staff
  • You have prior startup experience and are eager to work in a self-starting, autonomous capacity - swiss-army knife
  • Prior experience building, scaling, and leading a referrals program in a consumer-facing business - building from the ground up
  • You have strong analytical skills and are able to dive into qualitative and quantitative metrics and make recommendations rooted in data
  • You are an excellent communicator and collaborator
