Employment Type: Contract - Independent Contractor (Continuous)
Schedule: Monday to Friday - 4 pm to 1 am PH time (Night Shift)

Roles & Responsibilities
- Respond to prospective student inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Provide customer support on account, billing, and general student-related queries
- Process student registrations and incoming payments
- Prepare and coordinate the dispatch of correspondence
- Perform general administrative and ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Must-have Skills / Qualification:
- Must have at least 3 to 4 years of Customer Service experience
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong background in customer service and lead response
- Must have a bachelor’s degree
- Excellent written and spoken English (neutral to American accent preferred)
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- High attention to detail and accuracy in tasks
- Fast typing speed with minimal errors
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated reliability, trustworthiness, and loyalty
- Energetic and proactive work approach
- Pleasing personality
- Analytical and problem solver
- Must be willing to work the night shift
Technical & Work Environment Requirements:
- Quiet, distraction-free home office (no background noise from household, street, or pets)
- Must have their own equipment (laptop)
- Fast and reliable internet connection
Advantageous / nice to have:
- 5+ years of relevant work experience
