- Coding Skills: Proven ability to develop software applications
- Experience in full-stack development with a focus on Node.js

- Familiarity with Power BI Embedded for data visualization and analytics
- Experience with low-code automation tools
- Leadership Skills: Ability to build and lead high-performing technical teams
- Experience managing projects from concept to completion
- CDP Knowledge: Understanding of Customer Data Platforms and related technologies
- Experience in data integration, warehousing, and analytics
- Marketing Automation: Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc
- Understanding of audience segmentation and campaign management
- Professional Mindset: Pragmatic approach to delivering high-quality solutions efficiently
- Balance between innovative thinking and practical implementation
- Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Scrum, Kanban, and leading cross-functional teams
- Collaborative Skills: Excellent English communication skills and teamwork abilities
