Position: Full Stack Team Lead - Customer Data Platform (CDP)
Location of the role: Germany/Spain/Romania (Remote)

- Team Leadership: Build and lead a team to enhance our CDP product. Mentor team members and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Product Ownership: Define the product vision and strategy. Drive the product roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
- Hands-on Development: Actively participate in coding and product development. Implement practical solutions with a professional and pragmatic approach.
- Strategic collaboration: Influence the future of customer data utilization in the hospitality industry. Contribute to high-level decision-making and company strategy.
- Working with cutting-edge technologies in data management and automation.

Coding Skills:
Proven ability to develop software applications
Experience in full-stack development with a focus on Node.js, Python, and React.js
Proficient in both back-end and front-end technologies to build scalable web applications
Technical Expertise:
Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and cloud-based solutions
Familiarity with Power BI Embedded for data visualization and analytics
Experience with low-code automation tools, including n8n, Power Automate, and Zapier
Leadership Skills:
Ability to build and lead high-performing technical teams
Experience managing projects from concept to completion
CDP Knowledge:
Understanding of Customer Data Platforms and related technologies
Experience in data integration, warehousing, and analytics
Marketing Automation:
Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc
Understanding of audience segmentation and campaign management
Professional Mindset:
Pragmatic approach to delivering high-quality solutions efficiently
Balance between innovative thinking and practical implementation
Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Scrum, Kanban, and leading cross-functional teams
Collaborative Skills: Excellent English communication skills and teamwork abilities
Ambition: Desire to take on significant responsibility and grow into a senior leadership role
