Requirements

  • Coding Skills: Proven ability to develop software applications
  • Experience in full-stack development with a focus on Node.js
  • Technical Expertise: Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and cloud-based solutions
  • Familiarity with Power BI Embedded for data visualization and analytics
  • Experience with low-code automation tools
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to build and lead high-performing technical teams
  • Experience managing projects from concept to completion
  • CDP Knowledge: Understanding of Customer Data Platforms and related technologies
  • Experience in data integration, warehousing, and analytics
  • Marketing Automation: Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc
  • Understanding of audience segmentation and campaign management
  • Professional Mindset: Pragmatic approach to delivering high-quality solutions efficiently
  • Balance between innovative thinking and practical implementation
  • Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Scrum, Kanban, and leading cross-functional teams
  • Collaborative Skills: Excellent English communication skills and teamwork abilities
