Responsibilities

As a Tech Lead, you will play a strategic role, serving as a technical reference and team leader. This position requires a balance between technical expertise, people leadership, and project management. Responsibilities include:

  • Defining team objectives and project goals, ensuring alignment with the company’s broader strategies and objectives.

  • Leading and supervising the engineering team, ensuring deliverables are completed within established deadlines and budgets.

  • Actively participating in the recruitment, training, and development of team members, fostering a productive and growth-oriented environment.

  • Collaborating with other technical leaders, aligning technology strategies and contributing to the evolution of the company’s technical direction.

  • Ensuring the technical quality of deliverables, providing guidance and support in solving complex problems.

  • Acting as a facilitator in communication between technical and non-technical teams, promoting an efficient and aligned workflow.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields (preferred).

  • Proven track record of leading teams and working in product-driven companies.

  • Including security aspects and session management.

  • Experience with microservices architecture (a plus).

  • Proficiency in analyzing and optimizing Java applications, along with familiarity with monitoring tools for production environments.

  • Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and experience with agile methodologies.

  • Advanced Problem-Solving and Decision-Making Skills.

  • Ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Competence in defining clear objectives and ensuring the team meets project milestones.

  • Experience guiding and leading teams to successful project deliveries within deadlines and budgets.

  • Proven success in hiring, mentoring, and developing engineering talent.

  • Active contribution to aligning technological strategies with broader organizational objectives.
