As the AI Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of talented engineers and data scientists, fostering an environment of creativity and collaboration while driving strategic initiatives in AI.
Your expertise will be crucial in shaping the AI strategy at BlackStone eIT, identifying opportunities for the application of machine learning and NLP solutions, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-impact projects. This role requires exceptional leadership skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.
Responsibilities:
Lead the AI team in the design, implementation, and deployment of innovative AI solutions
Define the AI strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize AI projects
Guide the research and application of state-of-the-art AI technologies and methodologies
Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning
Identify new trends and opportunities in AI and machine learning
Ensure high standards of quality, performance, and scalability in AI solutions
Communicate AI initiatives and results to stakeholders and executives
8+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field
Proven experience in a leadership role, managing teams of engineers and data scientists
Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, deep learning techniques, and AI methodologies
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
Experience with AI and machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, Ph.D. is a plus
