Role: Technical Lead

Experience: 8 to 10 years

Location: Bangalore/Noida

Work Mode: Hybrid, 3 days a week from office

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Technical Lead (Full Stack) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of React.JS, Node.JS, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive technical excellence across projects. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for guiding the development team, ensuring high-quality code, and delivering scalable and efficient solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • 8+ years of experience in full stack development with React.JS and Node.JS.
  • Must have handled and led projects end to end including design implementation testing and debugging.
  • Design develop modify integrate test deploy and support enterprise level applications.
  • Hands on experience in NodeJS React.JS, Express.JS React Redux HTML5 CSS3 Typescript JavaScript and DevOps.
  • Conduct and participate in detailed design reviews and validate that the design follows the approved architecture.
  • Familiarity with the whole web stack including protocols Azure and web server optimization techniques.
  • Participate in the day to day activities of development teams.
