We design, build, and support websites for higher education, healthcare, nonprofits, and corporations. We specialize in Drupal and WordPress development, providing web design, user experience (UX) audits, ongoing support, and migration services.

Our approach covers the entire website lifecycle, from new builds to continuous improvement. This includes technical health, strategic planning, SEO, content and creative services, and staff augmentation. We serve clients and employ staff across the USA and Canada.

Founded in 2010, we have served over 350 clients and completed more than 1200 projects. Our sites average 10 years before needing a rebuild, and we maintain a 97% client retention rate.

We offer comprehensive benefits for our full-time US and Canadian employees:

• Health Insurance: We cover medical, dental, and vision. US employees can have up to 100% of their costs covered.
• Professional Development: We offer up to $2,000 (US or CAD) annually for conferences or other expenses.
• Paid Time Off: This includes statutory holidays, a company-wide paid closure from December 24th through January 1st, and various vacation, personal, and professional development days. Vacation days increase after two years.
• Remote Work Stipend: An annual stipend is provided, which increases after three years.
• Retirement Planning: For US employees, we offer a 401(k), and for CA employees, RRSP/DPSP, both available after 90 days. We match 4% on a 5% contribution, with full vesting at the third anniversary.
• Additional Coverage: This includes Short-term Disability, life insurance, and health savings plans.
• Parental Leave: We provide leave for birth, adoption, or fostering. US employees are eligible for up to six weeks fully paid.
