Job Title: Technical Product Manager

Job Summary
- We are seeking a dynamic and technically adept Technical Product Manager to own the product development, management, deployment, and continuous improvement of the firm’s tool suite. This role is pivotal in ensuring the continuous improvement and integration of advanced technologies that support program management, analytics, and operational workflows across federal contracts. You will collaborate closely with account managers, project managers, and external stakeholders to deliver impactful, secure, and scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Product Ownership: Own the product development, management, deployment, and continuous improvement of the firm’s tool suite.
Cross-functional Leadership: Coordinate between technical and business stakeholders to align product strategy with user needs and technical feasibility.
Client Engagement: Support client-facing initiatives alongside account managers and project managers to understand requirements, provide product updates, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Technology Integration: Guide the integration of tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, COBRA, and other project management solutions into centralized dashboards and data environments.
Agile Execution: Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives in collaboration with technical teams using Agile methodologies.
Security & Compliance: Ensure adherence to FedRAMP and other security standards in AWS GovCloud environments.
Continuous Improvement: Analyze usage metrics and user feedback to inform product enhancements and optimize performance.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
5+ years of product management experience in technical or government environments.
Experience with AWS GovCloud, Python, Django, and database/cloud service architectures.
Familiarity with project management systems like Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and COBRA.
Strong communication skills and the ability to interface effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with federal contracting or working with government clients.
PMP or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification.
Familiarity with analytics, data pipelines, and visualization frameworks.
Understanding of DevSecOps practices and CI/CD pipelines in secure cloud environments.
