Job description
Simulmedia is seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive cross-functional delivery for our next-generation self-serve TV ad-buying platform. You’ll sit at the intersection of Product and Engineering, orchestrating complex streams of work and ensuring we ship high-impact features smoothly and on time. If you thrive on translating big ideas into reliable execution—and love an environment where curiosity and experimentation are encouraged—you’ll feel at home here.
This position is located in Kyiv or Lviv, Ukraine. Our team is remote-first, with occasional office meet-ups and full flexibility to work from either city.
What You’ll Do
●Own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle—from scope definition through release and retrospective—across multiple squads.
●Run Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, demos, retros) and keep teams focused, unblocked, and informed.
●Maintain transparent delivery plans, status dashboards, and risk registers; communicate progress to stakeholders in Ukraine and the U.S.
●Identify and resolve cross-team dependencies, blockers, and technical risks before they impact timelines.
●Track and analyze delivery KPIs (velocity, predictability, cycle time) and champion continuous-improvement initiatives.
●Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and psychological safety by facilitating clear communication among Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and DevOps.
●Keep a pulse on emerging tools and practices that can level-up our delivery engine.
What We’re Looking For
●4+ years in a Technical Program Management, Delivery Lead, or similar role within a product-centric software organization.
●Solid command of Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and modern project-tracking tools (Shortcut, Jira, Confluence, Notion).
●Demonstrated success shipping complex, multi-team features or platforms at scale.
●Excellent communicator who can translate between business goals and technical realities.
●Engineering background (past hands-on coding or deep technical literacy) strongly preferredfor credibility with dev teams.
●Analytical mindset; you measure what matters and use data to drive decisions.
●Comfortable working 11 am – 8 pm EEST for overlap with U.S. stakeholders.
●Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Bonus Points
●Experience in ad tech, martech, or performance-oriented SaaS.
●Familiarity with AWS-based microservices, data-intensive systems, or real-time analytics.
●Exposure to LLM/agentic workflows or interest in exploring their application to delivery processes.
Proven track record of scaling Agile practices in fast-growing, product-led organizations.
We are excited to be building out the various perks and benefits for our Ukraine team. More will be discussed during the interview phase!
