Our mission is to provide secure, scalable, and mission-critical systems that make a real-world impact.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced TechnicalProject Lead to oversee the development, maintenance, and support of a mission-critical emergency management system.  As part of this high-impact team, you’ll help maintain and advance a platform that integrates multiple versions of a complex, evolving system—all designed to streamline operations, ensure readiness, and save lives during hurricanes, floods, wildfires, and other national emergencies.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Create and maintain project roadmaps aligned with the client’s strategic objectives.

  • Implement IT strategies that deliver projects on schedule and within budget.

  • Develop and document a project management plan that addresses scope, schedule, and cost baselines.

  • Manage resources including computer equipment and employees.

  • Coordinate project team members and develop schedules and individual responsibilities.

  • Oversee security and compliance for relevant policies, regulations, and standards.

  • Use project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence.

  • Conduct risk assessments for projects, develop mitigation strategies, and maintain a comprehensive risk register.

  • Utilize Scrum development methodologies.

  • Organize meetings to discuss project goals and progress using Azure DevOps or similar government-approved IT Program Management Software.

  • Implement an effective stakeholder engagement strategy.

Required Education, Experience, and Skills:

  • At least twelve years of experience in project management or a related field with a Bachelors degree and PMP certification or 10 years’ experience with a Masters degree and PMP certification.

  • Must have at least one of the following:

  • IAT-I or higher OR one of the following: A+CE, Network+ CE, CND, or CCNA + Security.

  • Experience with M365, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and legacy app modernization projects strongly preferred.

  • Demonstrated capability to oversee the management of project resources, including both personnel and technical equipment.

  •  Experience coordinating cross-functional team members, developing schedules, and assigning responsibilities to drive project success.

  • Ability to implement effective IT strategies that consistently deliver projects on time and within budget.

  • Proficiency in utilizing project management tools to track performance metrics and ensure adherence to established schedules.

  • Experience conducting comprehensive risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies to manage and reduce project risk.
