DT Professional Services is seeing an experienced Technical Recruiter to join the team! The ideal candidate will have strong social and leadership skills, experience sourcing and qualifying candidates, and excellent organizational abilities. This candidate should be familiar with recruitment strategies that effectively attract and retain top talent. This is a remote position.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages a variety of tasks related to the identification, screening and selection of employees
  • Largely responsible for transactional, multi-hire of similar profile searches
  • May focus on large class hiring
  • Recruiting generalist able to fill multiple, technical areas
  • May generate leads by conducting research and/or utilizing a variety of resources and tools
  • Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits Screens and qualifies candidates to present to the businesses.
  • Mines the Internet for passive and active job seekers in technical and professional positions
  • Screens candidates for placement criteria and provides written summary of skills and abilities to hiring area
  • Identifies candidates for consistent/ repetitive recruiting efforts
  • Builds and maintains recruiting networks with external and internal sources to create a diversified pipeline of talent
  • Establish relationships with front line managers
  • Provides input for monthly reporting of all recruiting activity, highlighting successes and opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Negotiates offer with final candidate
  • Provides support and initiates new hire process
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of corporate/technical recruiting experience
  • Government contract recruiting experience is a plus, but not necessary
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive sourcing tactics and substantial initiative
  • Excellent time management abilities and a proven ability to meet deadlines
