What will you be doing?

We are looking for enthusiastic and creative technical support engineers to be part of our growing team. You will be a member of our Technical Support team that provides five-star customer service and promotes this idea throughout the organization. The goal is to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty, retention and meet their expectations. Your focus area will be to provide technical service-related support to the customers for all our products and services, mainly in network and system related issues. You will also be responsible for monitoring the smooth operation of our products. The department works on a 247 shift schedule where the out of office hours shifts, including weekends, bank holidays & night shifts are remote.

  • Four-year degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications or equivalent
  • Good understanding of OSI Layer, TCP/IP networking and firewall
  • Good understanding in networking products and technology such as routing and switching
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
  • Linux basic user knowledge

Additional (desired) requirements

  • Two-year experience in customer support
  • Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA)
  • Experience in satellite communications (Inmarsat, VSAT, Iridium)
