Apply Digital was founded in 2016 in Vancouver, Canada. In the past nine years, we have grown to nine cities across North America, South America, the UK, and Europe.
At Apply Digital, we believe in the “One Team” approach, where we operate within a ‘pod’ structure. Each pod brings together senior leadership, subject matter experts, and cross-functional skill sets, all working within a common tech and delivery framework. This structure is underpinned by well-oiled scrum and sprint cadences, keeping teams in step to release often and retrospectives to ensure we progress toward the desired outcomes.
Wherever we work in the world, we envision Apply Digital as a safe, empowered, respectful, and fun community for people, every single day. Together, we work to embody our SHAPE (smart, humble, active, positive, and excellent) values and make Apply Digital a space for our team to connect, grow, and support each other to make a difference.

- Technical Expertise: Define and be responsible for the high-level technical architecture and technology stack for an account or portfolio of accounts, delegating the implementation to staff and principal engineers. Guide and review the creation of documentation and other artifacts that present and communicate the architecture and topology of any technical solution.

Collaborate with the Head of Technology and Engineering Managers to facilitate the appropriate casting, training, and hiring to support delivery plans.
- Client Management: Act as the primary client-facing representative of the Technology and Account Leadership Team, providing expert advice and nurturing relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders within client organizations. Leverage your knowledge and experience to build credibility and instill confidence, skillfully navigating the intricacies of organizational politics. Maintain regular communication with client stakeholders, creating an atmosphere of trust and empowerment, while ensuring client needs and expectations are not only met, but exceeded.
- Business Development: Collaborate with the Client Services team to identify, uncover and nurture growth within an account or portfolio of projects, with the goal of delivering business value and opportunities for both the Client and Apply Digital.
- Risk Management: Act as the primary escalation point both internally and externally, and work with the Program Manager to identify, prevent and mitigate risks that might impact the overall success of the engagement. Where appropriate, escalate issues and risk to the Head of Technology, CTO, and/or other members of the Senior Leadership Team.
- Thought Leadership: Identify and select technical solutions that maintain and consolidate Apply Digital’s position as a top global MACH delivery partner. This includes thought leadership and client education within the scope of their account or portfolio of projects.
REQUIREMENTS:
