Founded in 2019, we are a Los Angeles-based HR consulting firm providing HR support and recruiting services nationwide. We work with small to mid-sized businesses, including growing companies, start-ups, and organizations with small HR teams.

We offer specialized support in three core areas:

• Fractional HR provides flexible, hands-on HR support that acts as an integral part of your operations without the cost of a full-time HR department.
• HR Consulting offers expert guidance for specific projects like compliance, employee engagement, leadership development, and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEI(B)) programs.
• Recruiting services include both full-service recruiting and recruiting coordinator options to help businesses find talent.

We currently have between 11 and 50 employees.

Our mission is to provide proactive, hands-on HR solutions that meet our clients’ strategic goals and maximize their budget.

We strive to be a strategic partner, offering personalized, complete HR solutions.

Our teams are cross-functional, meaning roles involve working closely with our Founder, CEO, and other teams.
