Requirements
- 3 years experience in software testing
- Strong hands-on experience testing front-end and back-end ERP/CRM/OMS systems (MUST)
- Strong experience in defining manual/automated functional test specifications, test execution and reporting
- Experience with API Testing (Postman) and Jenkins for CI/CD
- Ability to understand complex business and technical domains
- Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Experience using Jira, Confluence, Zephyr
- Good verbal and oral communication skills
- Should have attention to detail
- Should have Analytical mind and problem-solving attitude
- Should have strong organizational skills
- Should possess ability to document and troubleshoot errors
- Passion for software quality
Responsibilities
- Develop a solid understanding of the products that are to be tested; understand the functional and technical requirements as well as the business processes that our customers will be employing while using our products
- Actively participate in planning sessions and all scrum ceremonies and provide meaningful inputs
- Work with the rest of the scrum team and product owner to develop test scenarios that will be the basis of producing test cases and scripts
- Develop, execute, and maintain automated and manual tests scripts based on new product feature requirements as well as defect fixes
- Create and execute regression test packs
- Review requirements/specifications for testability and collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to validate product acceptance criteria
- Specify requirements for environment data resources and tools and work as a member of the scrum team to ensure that appropriate test environments are provisioned
- Create Test scenarios and cases
- Other duties as assigned
