We are looking for a Professional Test Engineer to strengthen our team working onsite with our strategic partner in Bern.
Tasks:
- Analysis of requirements and specifications for automated and manual tests
- Managing test cases and ensuring that requirements are adequately covered
- Evaluation and documentation of test results
- Execution of test cases (manual or automatic) and analysis of results
- Creation of test reports to document test stages and defects
- Defining and collecting test metrics
Your Profile
- Higher education in computer science (university, ETH, FH) or comparable education
- Proven understanding in test automation and scripting (ideally Cucumber)
- Knowledge with tools such as JIRA XRAY, Splunk, Grafana, IntelliJ, Git
- Practical experience in the Java programming language
- Test management and testing methodology
- Ability to document defects and coordinate fixes
- Familiarity with agile approaches and frameworks
- Analytical thinking and problem solving skills
- Language: Very good German (oral and written)
