POSITION DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a strategic and analytical Total Rewards Manager to join our People Infrastructure team. In this role, you will support the design, implementation, and optimization of our global total rewards programs—including compensation, benefits, and equity—while building scalable, insights-driven analytics that inform our People strategies and business decisions.

You will align to the People Infrastructure Team, we are not a back office! We are a strategic partner to the business, bringing solutions not just service.  You will work closely with the Director of People Infrastructure and partner closely and collaborate with the People team, including People Operations, Talent Acquisition and Talent Experience business partners,  as well as Finance, and other senior leaders across the company to ensure our programs are data-informed, future-focused, and aligned with company goals.

This role is a critical part of our People Infrastructure team, blending compensation and benefits expertise with human capital analytics to help shape equitable and competitive total rewards strategies that help Sayari achieve our goals of attracting, retaining and engaging our talent to do their best work to drive mission-aligned business success.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Total Rewards (Compensation, Equity & Benefits)

- Contribute to the development and evolution of global compensation structures, equity frameworks, and incentive programs.

- Manage compensation benchmarking and job leveling activities to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.

- Support the annual compensation planning process, including merit cycles, bonus planning, and equity grants.

- Help administer global benefits programs and partner with vendors to optimize offerings and cost efficiency.

- Collaborate with Finance and Legal on the administration and compliance of equity and total rewards programs.

Human Capital Analytics

- Build and maintain people dashboards and reporting frameworks focused on key metrics such as headcount, turnover, DEI, performance, and engagement.

- Perform deep-dive analyses to support decision-making across talent acquisition, retention, organizational design, and workforce planning.

- Partner with People Operations, HRBP’s, and Talent Acquisition to ensure data accuracy and streamline reporting workflows.

- Present data insights and trends to HR leadership and business stakeholders in a clear, actionable format.

- Explore and innovate bringing solutions to the table leveraging AI to make our processes more robust, more efficient, and self service.

Systems and Tools

- Collaborate with other People team functions in the development and implementation of people programs, leveraging AI wherever possible.

- Manage the vendor relationship, data and tool functionality to enable People Instructure and Rewards processes (i.e. Payscale, Lattice: Compensation, Grow and other Modules, Rippling HRIS, etc.)

Required Skills & Experiences

  • 7+ year of experience of progressive compensation, rewards and analytics experience, ideally with fast-growing technology companies.
  • BS/BA degree with an emphasis in HR, Finance, Business or combination of degree and experience
  • Advanced certifications highly desirable and preferred including CCP, CBP or other equivalent HR Certifications
  • Experience designing, administering, and maintaining compensation programs that drive equity, compliance and market competitiveness and deliver business impact
  • Proficient with excel and/or googlesheets with strong analytical skills using advanced features (pivot tables, v-lookups, index, a plus)
  • Proficient with HRIS systems and Rewards software and tools (i.e. Payscale, Lattice, Rippling, or equivalent)
  • Proficient with analytics and reporting tools and dashboards
  • Strong communicator translating data and information into actionable insights
  • Comfortable working in a highly collaborative, matrix environment
  • Experience leveraging AI in people programs and processes, a plus!

$105,000 - $135,000 a year

The target base salary for this position is $105,000 - $135,000. The position is eligible for a quarterly bonus component tied to overall company performance. Bonus target for this role is equivalent to 10% of salary earnings. The role is also eligible for long-term incentive compensation (Stock Options).

Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, candidate experience and expertise, internal peer equity, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
