Location & Remote Work
Our technology team works on the “remote-first” model, which means we are working from home with the possibility of living anywhere in Argentina. We also have the option of using QuintoAndar’s office in Buenos Aires once a week.

About the Role:
As a Junior UI Designer, you will join the product team at Tokko Broker, the leading CRM in the region for the real estate industry. In this role, you will contribute to the development and maintenance of our Design System, helping ensure visual quality, consistency, and a great user experience across the platform — including our web application, mobile app, and chat interface.
Our mission is to provide real estate agencies with the tools they need to grow and manage their business — and, as a result, make it easier for people to find their next home. With the largest real estate listing network, we promote collaboration between real estate professionals, helping them share opportunities and offer their clients the right property.
You’ll be working on product challenges that directly impact thousands of users across different countries, supported by a collaborative team. We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about visual design, attentive to detail, and motivated to learn more about UX and product design.
Responsibilities
Design and improve visual components within the Design System, ensuring consistency and high quality across the platform.
Collaborate closely with other designers and developers to document and maintain the system effectively.
Support the implementation across different flows and screens, ensuring clarity and accessibility in the interfaces.
Contribute to the definition of user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes, focusing on simplicity and user experience.
Gradually get involved in UX activities such as proposal validation, identifying improvement opportunities, and defining interactions.
Actively receive and apply feedback.
Initial experience in UI design, whether through personal, academic, or professional projects.
Some experience using Figma — or a strong desire to learn and grow your skills with it.
Interest in design systems, reusable components, and visual consistency.
Solid visual criteria, attention to detail, and sensitivity to user experience.
Good communication skills and openness to teamwork.
Curiosity to stay up to date with design trends, best practices, and new tools — including Figma updates, system iterations, and industry standards.
