About the Role:

A detail-oriented and creative UI Developer with a strong focus on building clean, accessible, and responsive user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end best practices. Skilled in translating design mockups into pixel-perfect, cross-browser compatible pages while ensuring optimal performance and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Convert UI/UX designs and wireframes into well-structured, standards-compliant HTML/CSS
  • Build and maintain responsive layouts that adapt seamlessly across devices and screen sizes
  • Ensure cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility for all UI components
  • Optimize front-end code for performance, accessibility, and maintainability
  • Collaborate with designers to refine UI/UX and maintain consistency across projects
  • Maintain and update design systems, reusable styles, and components
  • Troubleshoot UI-related issues and participate in QA and review processes
  • Ensure adherence to branding guidelines and visual standards

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of professional experience in front-end/UI development
  • Expert-level knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3, including Flexbox and Grid layout systems
  • Strong understanding of responsive design, mobile-first development, and cross-browser compatibility
  • Experience working with design systems, style guides, and component libraries
  • Basic knowledge of JavaScript and ability to work with dynamic content
  • Experience using version control tools such as Git
  • Ability to work closely with designers and backend developers in an agile environment
  • Attention to visual detail and commitment to quality and usability

Good To have:

  • Exposure to Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and event-driven architectures.
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Azure Devops.
