Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in UI animation and motion design for digital products (web/mobile)

• A strong portfolio showcasing motion design skills and UI microinteractions

• Solid knowledge of animation principles, typography, rhythm, and visual composition

• Experience working collaboratively with product designers, developers, and UX teams

• Understanding of technical constraints related to motion implementation (e.g., performance, responsiveness)

• Good time management and ability to work remotely in an Agile environment

• Strong communication skills in English (B2+ level)

• Experience using Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere Pro

• Familiarity with AI tools and current AI trends in design

Your Role & Responsibilities

• Design and deliver smooth, intuitive animations and motion guidelines for our digital products

• Create microinteractions, screen transitions, and visual effects that enhance user experience

• Collaborate with the UI/UX team to prototype animations using tools like Figma, After Effects, and Lottie

• Translate motion concepts into developer-ready assets and support implementation

• Take part in design reviews and iterate based on feedback from users and team members

• Help build and evolve our design system with a focus on motion and interactivity

Your Profile & Skills Required

• Creativity and strong attention to detail in motion aesthetics

• Systemic thinking and consistency across animated elements

• Experience prototyping animations for mobile and/or web applications

• Openness to feedback, a proactive mindset, and ability to work in a cross-functional team

• Bonus: experience with 3D tools (e.g., Blender), Unity animation, Lottie or CSS animations
