Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other relevant majors
- 8+ years of experience in delivering high quality products, facilitating automation tests and monitoring
- Experience managing people, whether as direct reports or through offshore teams or projects
- Ability to deal with multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to learn and passionate about helping team members grow
Responsibilities
- Own the entire system testing process, including analysis, design, test plan, monitor, user feedback and conducting defect tracking
- Build a strong team to reach the business goal, and daily people management
- Collaborate and manage an offshore team
