We are a global clinical trial technology company that develops and deploys Interactive Response Technology (IRT) for randomization and drug supply management. We also manage day-to-day project implementation and post-launch client relationships for projects of varying complexity, including ClinCard and eClinicalGPS. Our technical support team troubleshoots error logs, writes and executes SQL queries for customer databases, and investigates critical issues for our web-based applications. Our Customer Success team builds client relationships, helps with product adoption, manages accounts, and looks for new sales opportunities to ensure customer satisfaction. Internally, we develop and test web applications for clinical trials. Our tech stack includes C#, ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework, SQL Server, and Git. We also have a sales development team that researches target accounts, conducts outbound prospecting, and sets qualified meetings for SMB sales.
