Job Description
As part of our Chapter UX Central Europe, based in Bulgaria and Poland, you’ll collaborate with a talented team of UX Designers. We specialize in all facets of UX design, from strategic planning to crafting interactive, pixel-perfect prototypes in Figma, and creating modern user interfaces, using our own digital system.
In this role, you’ll work closely with UX researchers and designers from around the globe, guiding our clients through the Design Thinking process to ensure their products deliver maximum value to users. We foster a culture of knowledge sharing and support, tackling project challenges together.
Be part of our commitment to usability, accessibility, and user-centered design standards.
Your contribution to something big:
- Immerse yourself in the UX design process, gaining hands-on experience in steering projects that prioritize user needs and experiences.
- Collaborate closely with mentors to explore learning opportunities and receive guidance on best practices in user-centered design.
- Demonstrate your passion for understanding user behavior by actively participating in user research, gathering feedback, and synthesizing insights to inform design decisions.
- Engage with stakeholders to uncover requirements and ensure that user perspectives are integrated into the design process.
- Work alongside a diverse, open-minded team of designers, strategists, and researchers across the globe, embracing both remote and on-site collaboration.
- Contribute to a variety of Bosch products and services, exploring how thoughtful design can enhance new technologies and create meaningful user experiences.
