Job Summary Our mid-level UX/UI Designer will create intuitive, visually appealing user experiences across our HR platform. You’ll collaborate with teams to enhance usability, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction.
What you’ll do as a Mid-Level UX/UI Designer…
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web interfaces.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement designs.
- Maintain consistent brand identity and design guidelines.
- Iterate on designs based on data and user feedback.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI.
What we’re looking for…
- 3–5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and prototyping methods.
- Strong understanding of responsive and accessible design principles.
- Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive user flows.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects and design thinking.
