Dairy MAX is seeking an innovative and results-driven executive with deep expertise in the CPG and food industry to serve as Vice President of AI Strategy & Consumer Impact. This leader will serve as a key strategic advisor to the CEO and drive the adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) across all areas of marketing, retail and foodservice engagement, stakeholder relations, and organizational effectiveness.
This role has a singular mandate: leverage AI to deliver measurable ROI for dairy farm families by enhancing consumer engagement, accelerating execution, and amplifying impact throughout the value chain—from shelf to table.

Location: Remote/Hybrid; Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex Strongly Preferred
AI-Enhanced Consumer Engagement & Marketing (CPG-Focused)
- Use AI to extract actionable insights from consumer behavior and market trends within the CPG and food sectors.
- Lead AI-enabled personalization across digital platforms (e.g., retail websites, loyalty apps, social media) to increase consumer relevance and brand loyalty.
- Automate content generation for omnichannel campaigns while ensuring alignment with product positioning and nutritional messaging.
- Deploy predictive analytics to optimize digital media buying, in-store promotion targeting, and campaign effectiveness.
Retail, Foodservice & Health Professional Integration
- Apply AI to assess point-of-sale data, regional trends, and emerging opportunities across retail grocery, QSRs, and foodservice distributors.
- Build co-branded campaigns with retail partners and manufacturers using AI-driven segmentation and basket analysis.
- Use intelligent automation to customize health professional outreach materials and continuing education programs related to dairy’s role in nutrition.
Performance Measurement & ROI Optimization
- Develop dynamic dashboards to monitor campaign and program performance in real time, grounded in CPG-style brand performance metrics.
- Leverage machine learning to prioritize investments in high-impact initiatives and track cost-per-impact KPIs.
- Build a performance framework that ties directly to distribution, consumption, and consumer trust metrics.
Amplifying Farmer Stories & Advocacy
- Use AI tools to identify compelling farmer narratives that resonate with today’s values-driven consumers.
- Expand storytelling reach through scalable content generation, micro-influencer engagement, and digital advocacy strategies.
Public Affairs, Reputation Management & External Relations
- Monitor legislative, media, and cultural trends using AI-powered tools to inform brand protection and crisis response in real time.
- Create responsive, data-driven policy briefs and communications assets tailored to key opinion leaders, consumers, and stakeholders.
Organizational Innovation & AI Culture Building
- Lead internal AI adoption to enhance team efficiency (e.g., workflow automation, insight synthesis, internal communications).
- Create and implement enterprise-wide AI literacy initiatives with tailored tools, use cases, and best practices for departments across Dairy MAX.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of senior leadership experience in marketing, innovation, data strategy, or analytics, with a strong track record in CPG, food, beverage, or nutrition-focused organizations.
- Demonstrated success applying AI and data analytics to business challenges in brand building, consumer targeting, or go-to-market strategies.
- Deep understanding of consumer dynamics across grocery, foodservice, and digital commerce in the food and beverage sector.
- Ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and influence executive stakeholders across internal and external partners.
- Strong storytelling and communication skills, grounded in a passion for technology, consumer health, and purpose-driven brand leadership.
