We’re seeking a strategic and experienced VP of Provider Talent Acquisition to lead national recruitment for licensed behavioral health providers (therapists and NPs) at our fast-growing telemedicine company.
In this high-impact leadership role reporting to the CEO, you’ll:
- Build and lead a high-performing provider recruitment team.
- Drive national hiring strategies to support rapid clinical growth.
- Optimize sourcing, systems, and candidate experience using data and automation.
- Partner with clinical, finance, and ops leaders to forecast needs and deliver results.
- Represent recruiting metrics and insights at senior and Board levels.
What You Bring:
- 10+ years in healthcare talent acquisition, 5+ in leadership
- Experience scaling provider hiring nationally in a fast-paced or telehealth environment
- Strong data and systems orientation
- Passion for expanding access to quality behavioral health care
