CPT-9105 Video Editor Virtual Assistant

We are developing multiple online learning programs and need a Video Editor VA to support the post-production of course and promotional videos. You’ll be working with raw screen recordings and voiceovers to produce polished video assets. You may also need to replace placeholder audio with custom voice-overs.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Edit course and marketing videos for clarity and engagement
- Overlay recorded voiceovers (replacing placeholder audio where needed)
- Add basic graphics, text overlays, and transitions
- Work with tools like Descript, Canva video editor, or Adobe Premiere
- Export and deliver clean, rendered video files
- Collaborate on timelines for delivery and feedback cycles
- Assist with video uploads or integration into Kajabi or LMS if needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years of video editing experience
- Familiarity with video editing tools like Descript, Canva, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, etc.
- Ability to overlay audio and ensure high-quality sync
- Basic understanding of instructional or training videos
- Ability to follow branding and content guidelines
- Strong organizational and communication skills
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Self-starter, able to manage priorities independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable internet connection
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Open to feedback and flexible with evolving project needs
- Familiarity with Kajabi, Google Drive, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus
