Type: Part-Time or Project-Based

Start Date: Immediate (for course build-out)
Job Description:
We are looking for a GoHighLevel (GHL) Virtual Assistant to assist in building out courses and workflows for our tax software company. This role requires someone technically skilled in GHL, particularly in setting up automations, course infrastructure, and moving existing content into the platform.
Responsibilities:
Rebuild a tax training course into the GHL platform
Set up workflows, automations, and user access
Optimize course structure for user engagement and accessibility
Ensure seamless integration with existing systems
Provide occasional GHL support as needed
Requirements:
Experience with GoHighLevel course builder and workflows
Ability to manage technical projects with limited oversight
Understanding of course design and user flow
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and deliver on tight deadlines
Duration: Project-based to start; potential for ongoing part-time work
