We Clone You is a leading virtual assistant company that specializes in providing virtual assistance to empower businesses of all sizes with world-class virtual assistance. We are currently looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant with expertise in social media management in the real estate sector to join our client’s team and take their operations to the next level.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including:

  • Develop, implement, and manage tailored strategies for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.

  • Promote property listings, open houses, virtual tours, and real estate-related content.

  • Design engaging posts, visuals, and videos aligned with the brand and market.

  • Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery across all platforms.

  • Monitor inboxes, comments, and messages, and actively engage with followers and leads.

  • Analyze insights and prepare regular reports to measure campaign success and suggest improvements.

  • Use social media tools and strategies to attract and qualify potential real estate clients.

  • Research the latest social media trends and real estate best practices.

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or VA, ideally within the real estate space.

  • Strong knowledge of real estate marketing strategies and how social media can drive traffic and conversions.

  • Proficiency in platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.

  • Hands-on experience with social media scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, etc.).

  • Skilled in content creation tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Highly organized and able to multitask across different projects and platforms.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.

  • Familiarity with real estate CRMs (like Follow Up Boss, KVCore, or similar) is a plus.

  • Experience with email marketing or marketing automation tools is a bonus.

  • Work from home;

  • Payment in dollars per working hour (40-hour week);

  • Starting salary between 4$ - 12$ per hour depending on your experience, with room for raises based on performance;
