We proudly support small business owners and entrepreneurs by offering remote executive assistance that allows them to focus on strategic growth rather than administrative tasks.

We are seeking proactive, tech-savvy virtual executive assistants to join our expanding team. If you’re an exceptional executive assistant seeking a flexible work schedule, we’d love to hear from you!

This is a remote position.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars and scheduling efficiently
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including accommodations and itineraries
  • Oversee social media management and engagement
  • Create professional PowerPoint presentations
  • Handle invoicing and manage payment processing
  • Prepare and submit expense reports
  • Provide excellent client care and support
  • Assist with light event planning and coordination
  • Manage and organize email correspondence
  • Help create and maintain procedural documents
  • Manage newsletters for distribution

Requirements:

  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience as an administrative or executive assistant
  • Fully equipped home office, including:
  • A computer with the full version of MS Office 365:
    • High-speed internet access
    • A smartphone with email capability
    • A computer with a functioning webcam for virtual meetings
  • Strong proficiency with cloud-based tools (e.g., Google Workspace, project management software)
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality

Note:

  • This is a 1099 contractor position.
  • The role is fully remote.
  • A background check is required prior to contracting with us.
  • We are seeking candidates with availability during regular business hours (8 a.m. - 5 p.m.). Please note, this is not a project-based position and cannot be done alongside a full-time job.
  • At this time, we are not hiring applicants residing in MT, PA, NY, NJ, or CA. Applicants from these states will not be considered.
