We are a remote-first company with 1-10 employees. Our hiring process relies on objective evaluation and AI-assisted screening to ensure fairness. For our engineering team, we take a product-oriented approach to planning and execution.

For specific executive roles, compensation might feature a competitive base salary (e.g., $190,000–$200,000) and a bonus around 20%, targeting a total cash compensation of approximately $240,000–$250,000.

Some positions may also include an onboarding stipend for training, company-provided malpractice coverage, or a telehealth tech kit. We also offer pay for no-shows and administrative time for certain roles.
