About the Role
Ten Group is looking for passionate, motivated, and resourceful individuals to join our APAC team as a Lifestyle Manager (Remote). Based in Malaysia, you’ll work from the comfort of your home while collaborating with a diverse, multinational team across Asia and beyond.
In this role, no two days are ever the same. You’ll support high-profile members by providing personalized solutions and recommendations across Travel, Retail, and Entertainment, using your communication, research, and problem-solving skills. Your mission is to delight our members and exceed their expectations, every time.
What You’ll Do
- Build strong relationships with members by understanding their unique lifestyle needs and preferences
- Manage incoming requests via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
- Research and recommend tailored options that go above and beyond member expectations
- Offer proactive lifestyle suggestions to maximize member value
- Coordinate with internal and external partners to deliver seamless service
- Advocate for your members and help resolve any issues with empathy and ownership
- Translate or adapt responses as needed to ensure clear communication
- Deliver on deadlines while maintaining a customer-first mindset

- Fluent Mandarin, Cantonese and English – written and spoken
- Exceptional verbal and interpersonal skills when dealing with members and suppliers, working in a calm and professional manner at all times
- The ability to work independently and perform well with little supervision
- Dedication to customer satisfaction, show a willingness to do what it takes to get the job done, acting with tact and diplomacy and demonstrating excellent problem solving skills
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task
- Detailed orientation and deadline driven to ensure that demanding standards are met.
- Embraces a complex, busy and dynamic work environment
- Experience with UHNW clients in customer service, dining, ticketing or hospitality industry would be an added advantage

Flexibility : This position is a full-time 40-hrs per week role on a shift basis, The right candidate needs to be flexible in offering their services between the hours of 10:00pm-7:00am local time, Monday to Sunday, including Public Holidays
