Job description

As Regional Director – Latin America (LAC), you’ll lead one of Ten’s most dynamic and fast-growing regions, with a focus on operations in Brazil, Mexico, and Spanish-speaking South America. You’ll be accountable for the region’s full performance - from P&L and operational delivery to service excellence and client relationships - guiding a senior leadership team across multiple countries and cultures.

The role

You’ll be accountable for delivering the company’s key performance objectives in the LAC region - leading teams across multiple countries, balancing global frameworks with local market realities, and ensuring world-class service delivery. You’ll partner closely with Service, Client Services, Proposition, Technology, Finance, and People teams to capture growth opportunities and strengthen client partnerships across established and emerging markets.

Your key priorities will include:

• Elevating service delivery standards across diverse markets.

• Expanding high-value client relationships and driving regional business development.

• Managing the P&L to achieve both short-term wins and sustainable long-term growth.

• Building leadership capability across the region to support future expansion.

You’re the kind of leader who:

• Brings senior leadership experience in multi-country operations within LAC, with full P&L accountability.

• Knows how to lead in luxury, travel, hospitality, or concierge industries.

• Combines financial acumen with operational problem-solving skills.

• Speaks Portuguese and/or Spanish (essential) and English fluently.

• Thrives in culturally diverse environments and adapts strategies to local contexts.
