This role will lead the management and delivery of high-impact CRM projects across multiple markets, ensuring seamless execution, stakeholder alignment, and measurable performance improvement throughout the customer lifecycle.

You’ll play a critical role in combining technical CRM expertise with customer-centric thinking, data fluency, and a passion for operational excellence. Working cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Data, Client Services, and Regional teams, you’ll own project delivery from inception to go-live, ensuring initiatives are executed at scale, with precision and measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of global CRM initiatives, from scoping and planning through execution and optimisation.
  • Drive cross-functional teams to implement complex lifecycle programs and CRM use cases in Braze (Canvas, segmentation, personalization, messaging).
  • Ensure delivery milestones, budgets, and scope are achieved using structured project management methodologies (Agile, Jira, Asana).
  • Align technical and non-technical stakeholders on project requirements, dependencies, and resources.
  • Manage sprint planning and provide regular status updates across teams.

Braze Implementation & Campaign Execution

  • Act as the subject matter expert for Braze, ensuring effective use of advanced features (Liquid logic, Canvas flows, segmentation).
  • Oversee the execution of multi-channel campaigns (email, push, SMS, Line, etc.), ensuring global consistency and compliance with data/privacy standards.
  • Partner with Product, Tech, and Data teams on integrations and data pipelines powering CRM operations.

Data, Reporting & Optimisation

  • Use customer data to drive targeting, segmentation, and personalisation strategies.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, delivering insight-driven recommendations to improve outcomes.
  • Work closely with Tech and Analytics to ensure clean, reliable data flows enabling automation at scale.
  • Design and run A/B and multivariate tests to optimise messaging, journeys, and lifecycle touchpoints.
  • Maintain global CRM dashboards and scorecards for senior and regional stakeholders.

Must-Have

  • 5+ years’ experience in CRM programme or lifecycle marketing roles, with a strong end-to-end project delivery track record.
  • Deep, hands-on Braze expertise (Canvas, Liquid, segmentation, personalization).
  • Proven project management skills leading complex CRM and MarTech initiatives.
  • Strong analytical mindset, comfortable leveraging data to drive decisions and communicate impact.
  • Commercial acumen with ability to link CRM strategies to business KPIs (LTV, retention, engagement).
  • Experience working across global, matrixed organisations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with tools such as Segment, Snowflake, Tableau.
  • Knowledge of data privacy, compliance, and customer data management best practices (e.g. GDPR).

What We Offer

  • A key leadership role in building and scaling global CRM capabilities.
  • A fast-paced, collaborative environment focused on innovation and results.
  • Opportunities to work with cutting-edge CRM and data platforms.
  • Global exposure and cross-functional collaboration with talented teams worldwide.

Guidelines for Hybrid/Home Office:

  • Please note that if you live within a commutable distance of the London office you will be asked to enter into a hybrid working arrangement, with up to 60% Home Office possibility.
  • A secure home office at your confirmed address, free from background noise or other distractions.
  • You must meet our minimum internet speeds if you want to work in our hybrid model and this will be checked during the recruitment process and again when you join. We also have a great office that you can work from as an alternative.
