The Opportunity…

Centerfield is seeking a high-impact VP, Enterprise Partnerships to lead the charge on new client growth for our fast-growing Home Services division. This is a strategic sales leadership role for someone who brings a winning combination of agency background, pitch leadership, and deal-closing expertise.

You’ll be responsible for owning our go-to-market strategy, leading the end-to-end RFP process, and building strong partnerships with top brands looking to scale customer acquisition. If you’ve sold against agencies, led high-stakes pitches, and know how to position value in a competitive landscape, we want to meet you.

This role will partner cross-functionally with Client Success, Product, Media, Marketing, and Design teams to ensure we deliver exceptional results.

How You’ll Contribute…

  • Own the go-to-market strategy and lead all efforts for new client acquisition in the Home Services vertical
  • Build and manage a pipeline of brand-direct opportunities, with a focus on winning against competing agencies
  • Lead the RFP and pitch process—crafting compelling proposals, pricing strategies, and positioning to win deals
  • Serve as a thought leader and closer, representing Centerfield in executive-level meetings and industry events
  • Collaborate across internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and long-term success
  • Drive pricing and deal structure strategy to maximize client value and Centerfield margin
  • Partner with marketing and design to create pitch decks, case studies, and sales enablement materials
  • Hire and mentor a high-performing team of sales and partnership professionals
  • Maintain visibility into deal progression and report on sales metrics, forecasts, and revenue growth
  • Monitor industry and agency trends to continuously refine strategy and competitive positioning

What We’re Looking For…

  • 10+ years of experience in client acquisition, business development, or growth sales, ideally in performance marketing, digital media, or agency settings
  • 5+ years in a leadership role within an agency, with experience pitching and winning new business
  • Proven track record of closing high-value deals and scaling brand-direct partnerships
  • Strong grasp of performance marketing metrics and how to speak to value: CPA, CPL, ROAS, LTV, etc.
  • A masterful presenter and negotiator with executive-level communication skills
  • Experience leading competitive RFP processes and building pitch materials end-to-end
  • Confident, hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Deep understanding of the agency landscape and how brands evaluate partner value
  • Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Media, and Client Success
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus

$170,000 - $200,000 a year

This position offers a compensation package consisting of both base salary and variable sales commission, with the above range reflecting just base salary. Variable compensation opportunity in this role will likely be up to 100% of base salary.
