About the Role:
As the VP of Project Delivery, you will be responsible for leading the organization’s overall project deliveryfunctions, including project management, site management, quality assurance, and safety management. In this position you willuse your extensive knowledge and experience in leading project operations to facilitate the successful execution of all DCS projects. You’ll report to the Executive Vice President of Operations, and you’ll frequently collaborate with DCS Leadership and teams across the company. We’llappreciate your reliability, your creativity, your problem-solving approach, your thirst for learning, and yourservant leadership. In this role, you will:
- Lead the organization’s Project Delivery operations, including project management, project coordination, and program management
- Continue to develop and execute the organization’s overall Project Delivery strategies
- Leadallthe Project DeliveryTeam’s sub-function personnel and ensure the career and skill development of your sub-functional teams
- Engage in the sales process with all pre-contract functions to ensure that implementation plans are created currently and that all appropriate costs are included in the bidding process
- Be responsible for the reporting of your departments to ensure that organizational leadership is informed and confident regarding the delivery of projects
- Research industrynews and trends and enhance DCS’ strategies and incorporate when advantageous
- Innovate when possible to lead the industry
- Evaluate organizational performance data toidentify areas of opportunity and adapt

- You have 10 or more years of experience working in and leading project delivery and teams
- You may have aMaster’sDegree in a related field
- You are excited to build and grow the DCS Project Delivery Team

- You have excellent communication skills and you’re able to work well with clients, management, and multidisciplinedteams
- You’re a self-motivated performer who can execute with minimum supervision and guidance
- You’re a creative problem-solver who can manage multiple complex tasks and projects at a time
- You are proficient in MS Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint
