Designed Conveyor Systems (DCS)

Provides custom full-scale warehouse designs, automation, and software solutions for logistics and supply chain.

About Designed Conveyor Systems (DCS)

Founded in 1982 in Franklin, Tennessee, we are a systems integrator that doesn’t tie ourselves to specific brands. We provide custom full-scale warehouse designs and software for e-commerce, multi-channel fulfillment, parcel handling, and various distribution needs. We work with mid-market companies scaling their fulfillment operations, as well as large distribution centers for national retailers and parcel carriers.

Our services include consulting, engineering design, project management, installation, and client support. We offer material handling solutions for everything from last-mile delivery and goods-to-person order fulfillment to reverse logistics, dark distribution centers, and micro-fulfillment centers. We also develop the DATUM software, which includes Warehouse Control System (WCS) and Warehouse Execution System (WES) components.

We recently acquired a supply chain consulting group. This allows us to offer more comprehensive solutions, including operations analysis, process improvement, distribution design, and project execution. We source parts based on manufacturer specifications, always looking for the best price, lead time, and compatibility. We have completed over 1,500 projects and work with more than 650 vendors and subcontractors.
