WHAT IS ONEWEB?
You would be joining our Mercedes-Benz OneWeb Team.
In the Area of Mercedes-Benz OneWeb & Mercedes Me Home, we create customer experiences for the Web and App channels. We focus on the entire customer journey by using platform solutions that enable our customers’ different touchpoints across cars, products and services around the car.
With our products such as the Mercedes-Benz Worldwide Website (OneWeb), Car Configurator, Online Test-Drive Booking and the Mercedes Owner Area “Mercedes Me Home” and many more, we are building a seamless and luxurious experience for our customers.
As an Web Analytics Implementation Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in enabling data-driven decision-making across our digital products. You will be responsible for designing and implementing robust tracking solutions, ensuring data quality, and collaborating closely with Digital Analysts, Product Owners, and development teams to deliver actionable insights.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
Technical Analytics Specifications: Translate business requirements into detailed tracking specifications and ensure their accurate implementation.
Tag Management & Tracking: Manage and configure tag management systems (e.g., GTM, Adobe Launch), and implement tracking solutions across web platforms.
Collaboration & Planning: Work closely with Digital Analysts to co-create tracking concepts and actively participate in sprint planning, reviews, and backlog grooming.
Quality Assurance: Ensure data accuracy through rigorous QA processes and automated testing frameworks.
Enablement & Support: Provide enablement and support to stakeholders to understand data capture processes, troubleshoot issues, and define testing plans.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation including implementation instructions, tag manager configurations, and test plans.
Stakeholder Engagement: Provide feedback on business value of analytics requests and collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize and refine user stories.
