Summary
The job is an in-person internship at WebFX, a fast-growing digital marketing agency based in Harrisburg, PA. The intern will work with the full-time project management team to assist them in various client web projects. The intern should have a Bachelor's Degree, past customer service experience, outstanding communication skills, exceptional eye for aesthetics and design, top-notch organizational skills, basic skills with HTML, Wordpress, and Javascript, and should possess several other specified traits. Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree (either in-progress or completed)
- Past customer service experience in any industry
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional eye for aesthetics and design
- Top-notch organizational skills
- Very basic skills with HTML, Wordpress (or another CMS), and Javascript
- Eagerness to learn and be trained!
Responsibilities
- Work with our full-time project management team to assist them in various client web projects
- Assist in developing and outlining project specifications for website builds (learning and implementing UX best practices)
- Perform quality testing for website builds and launches, evaluating performance, functionality, UX, etc
- Coordinate with our development and design team, ensuring client deliverables are completed in a timely and efficient manner
