Position: Workforce Management (WFM) Reports Analyst
Working Hours: US Business Hours
Hiring Company: We are a 10 year old remote staffing business with a fully remote team of 100+ employees. We started as a customer service agency, but have leveraged our client experience and technical acumen to become the industry’s first AI empowered (human) virtual assistant service.
About the Role: As a WFM Reports Analyst, you provide accurate, timely, and relevant workforce management reports and analysis to support decision-making and improve performance across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and distribute daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports related to workforce management, including but not limited to attendance, scheduling, adherence, and productivity
- Analyze data trends and identify opportunities for improvement in workforce management processes
- Partner with cross-functional teams to understand their reporting needs and provide customized reports and insights
- Develop and maintain dashboards and other reporting tools to facilitate data-driven decision-making
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by conducting regular audits and troubleshooting data discrepancies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to workforce management reporting and analysis

- Workforce Management Reporting and Analytics: The ability to collect and analyze data to develop insights and recommendations to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of workforce management operations.
- Data Integrity and Auditing: The ability to ensure the accuracy and completeness of data used in workforce management operations, through routine auditing and quality control measures.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration and Communication: The ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with stakeholders from different departments or functional areas, to ensure the alignment and integration of workforce management activities with broader organizational goals.
- Data Visualization and Reporting Tools: The ability to use tools and software to create meaningful and visually compelling reports and presentations, to convey complex data and analysis to diverse audiences.
Qualifications
1+ years of relevant experience
Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to solve problems and drive data-informed decisions
Proficient in data analysis and reporting using tools such as:
- Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables and formulas)
- SQL (for querying and manipulating data)
- Data visualization platforms (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI)
Skilled in translating complex datasets into clear, actionable reports and insights
Excellent collaboration and communication skills for working across departments and functions
Highly detail-oriented, with a strong emphasis on data accuracy, consistency, and quality
Proactive and self-driven, with a continuous improvement mindset and ability to work independently
Technically adept, with working knowledge of:
- AI platforms like ChatGPT, Claude AI, Gemini, and Notion AI
- Automation and integration tools (e.g., n8n, Zapier, Google Apps Script)
- Scripting languages such as Python (a plus, but not required) for automating reporting workflows
Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
Tech-savvy and confident using tools such as:
- Productivity tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, etc.)
- Project management platforms (Asana, Trello, ClickUp)
- AI-powered tools like ChatGPT, Claude AI, Gemini, Notion AI, and Canva AI
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Technical Requirements:
- Stable high-speed internet with backup
- Computer (laptop or desktop) with recommended quad-core CPU 2.5GHz+, RAM 8GB+, and dual monitor
- Headset, mic, and webcam for meetings
- Dedicated and distraction-free workspace
