CPT-10269 Appointment Setter / Sales Closer (Tech & Digital Solutions)

Overview

20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

We are seeking a highly motivated, tech-savvy Appointment Setter / Sales Closer to support our growing digital solutions business. This role is focused on engaging pre-generated leads, qualifying prospects, nurturing relationships, and booking (or closing) sales opportunities for services including websites, AI-powered solutions, web apps, and internal business automation tools.

The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.

Scope of Services

Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:

  • Contact and engage company-provided leads via phone, email, and follow-up outreach
  • Qualify prospects based on needs, budget, decision-making authority, and readiness
  • Nurture leads through multiple touchpoints to build trust and interest
  • Book qualified appointments directly onto the company calendar
  • Close deals when appropriate without disrupting sales momentum
  • Clearly explain digital services such as:
    • Website design and development
    • AI tools (chatbots, RAG systems, automation workflows)
    • Client-facing and internal business solutions
  • Identify which services provide the most value for each prospect
  • Maintain accurate notes, statuses, and follow-ups in the CRM
  • Collaborate closely with the internal sales team for handoffs when needed
  • Follow sales scripts and processes while adapting conversations naturally

Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.

Skills

The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:

  • Strong spoken and written English with clear enunciation (near-native proficiency)
  • Prior experience in appointment setting, outbound sales, or lead qualification
  • Comfort speaking with business owners and decision-makers
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly understand:
    • Websites and digital platforms
    • AI and automation concepts (training provided)
  • Ability to think critically and go beyond scripts during conversations
  • Strong listening, objection-handling, and persuasion skills
  • Experience using or learning CRMs and VoIP systems

Tools & Systems

  • Google Voice (primary phone system)
  • CRM system (to be provided or set up with support)
  • Email and calendar scheduling tools

Preferred (Nice-to-Have)

  • Experience selling digital, SaaS, or technology-based services
  • Background in B2B sales or consultative selling
  • Familiarity with lead sources such as Apollo or similar platforms

Training & Support

  • Full onboarding and product/service training provided
  • Ongoing support from management and sales leadership
  • Access to scripts, call flows, and real-time assistance during calls if needed

Performance Expectations

  • High-quality lead qualification over volume
  • Consistent follow-up and lead nurturing
  • Calendar-ready, sales-qualified appointments
  • Ability to close opportunities when aligned with prospect readiness

Confidentiality & Exclusivity

  • Candidate may work with other clients if part-time, excluding competitors or similar industries

Work Schedule

  • Contracted Hours per Week: 20 hours
  • Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday
  • Daily Working Time: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (flexible within these hours).

Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.

Terms of Engagement

  • Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work
  • This is not an offer of employment; contractors are not employees of 20four7VA or any client
  • All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement
