Title: CPT-10309 REBroker/Investor/Owner Virtual Assistant – Business Support VA/Junior Level (Remote).
Overview
20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.
The client is a former real estate broker who currently manages multiple rental units and requires a virtual assistant to support both business and personal administrative responsibilities. The role combines property management admin tasks, basic bookkeeping, personal schedule coordination, and simple social media posting for rental listings. The client will provide content and templates for social media; the VA will primarily execute posting and coordination tasks.
The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.
Scope of Services
Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:
- Business Support
Monitor rental payments and ensure tenants are up to date.
Track property-related expenses and categorize them properly.
Maintain inventory of purchased items for each property or project.
Assist with advertising and posting rental listings on social media. Client will provide content, photos, and instructions.
Communicate via email or text with vendors, including Spanish-speaking vendors using translation tools if needed.
- Bookkeeping Support
Assist in setting up a bookkeeping system using QuickBooks Online or Xero (client prefers QuickBooks but is open to both).
Categorize transactions, track income and expenses, and help ensure books are accurate and up to date.
Generate monthly reports, including account reconciliation and summaries for the client to review.
- Personal Administrative Assistance
Manage and coordinate an extensive schedule of doctor appointments, physical therapy sessions, and ongoing medical treatments.
Follow up on medical tasks, therapy sessions, and research for health-related needs.
Provide reminders and help the client stay organized, especially considering limited physical mobility.
Support personal family administration tasks, schedules, and event reminders.
Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.
Skills and Qualifications
The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:
- Experience in bookkeeping (1–4 years for junior role; client also open to senior-level).
- Familiarity with QuickBooks Online or Xero is required.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive information securely.
- Comfortable communicating with vendors and tenants through email/text.
- Ability to use Google Translate or similar tools for simple Spanish-language communication when needed.
- Willingness to post content on social media platforms using templates and materials provided by the client.
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience with real estate or property management support.
- Understanding of AI tools (the client uses ChatGPT, Claude, etc., so familiarity is beneficial).
- Ability to assist with research for health-related treatments or therapies.

Work Schedule
- Contracted Hours per Week: 20 Hours
- Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday
- Daily Working Time: 11 AM to 3 PM EST
Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.
Terms of Engagement
- Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work
- This is not an offer of employment; contractors are not employees of 20four7VA or any client
- All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement
